It's party time! Monica Bellucci shows off a hint of cleavage in semi-sheer black gown as Lea Seydoux sports pink floral minidress at Spectre bash

They pulled out all of the fashion stops for the world premiere of Spectre earlier in the evening.
And it looked as though Bond girls Monica Bellucci and Lea Seydoux were only starting as they intended to go on as the continued their glamorous turn at the movie's official after-party, held at the British Museum in London on Monday night.
Proving one show-stopping dress is never enough, Monica was sure to turn heads for the second time as she later slipped into a black floor-length gown.
Gorgeous: Proving one show-stopping dress is never enough, Monica was sure to turn heads for the second time as she later slipped into a black floor-length gown for the Spectre after-party
The tight design boasted mesh fabric around the shoulders and the top of the bust, as well as around the elbows and inner arms.
Highlighting her curvaceous silhouette, the form-fitting gown caressed Monica's stunning curves before billowing down to the floor.
Her brunette locks were still styled in the same elegant waves she sported earlier in the evening, her make-up look still comprised of a dark smokey eye and nude lipstick.
Flower power: A little more understated than the glitzy gold gown she donned on the red carpet looked gorgeous in a collared floral pink gown which was emblazoned with jewels and mesh sleeves

Why I'll never dress up with my kids on Halloween again

I tried. I really did. I tried to be that awesome, fun mom who dresses up on Halloween with her kids. So, a few years ago, I did it. And I will never do it again.
When my twins were 3 years old, I decided to dress up with them to go trick-or-treating. It was the first year that they understood what Halloween meant and that what it meant was candy. They were excited, and I wanted to add to that excitement by dressing up as a penguin.

On Halloween you'll see photos of families dressed up together: They're all superheroes, or characters from a fairy tale, or the kids are hot dogs and their parents are ketchup and mustard. When parents are willing to wear spandex in public for their kids, you have to respect that. I am not that brave, however, so I looked for something silly and baggy that my kids would think was funny. And that's how I found a penguin in a bow tie:
I loved this costume — it's not a sexy penguin, or a penguin wearing something distasteful like a denim pantsuit, it's a distinguished penguin with a penchant for conservative neckwear. That's the kind of penguin I can get down with.

On Halloween night I Velcroed on my costume, straightened my bow tie, and went out to greet my family. My children were ecstatic. My husband was ashamed. I was ready to paint the town penguin.

Off we went to the local country club, which is widely known as the place where they give out the good candy. Sure, sometimes you get a sugar-free lollipop and a toothbrush, but most of the time you get full-sized Hershey bars, so it's worth the risk.

I knew almost immediately after stepping out of the car that I had made an error: I was the only trick-or-treating adult dressed in costume. I don't mean I was one of two or three. I mean I was one of one among hundreds of people. I wouldn't have thought it was possible to be that far off the mark, but I was. I came as a penguin, and all the other parents came as drunk.

Now, I'm not someone who embarrasses easily. I have little to no shame. And that night, when I was flopping around with my penguin feet and sweating through my penguin hood, what I felt wasn't embarrassment, it was jealousy. The other parents looked so comfortable strolling around with their regular pants, comfortable shoes, and drinks in hand. Guess who couldn't hold a drink? Me. Because I had flippers.

About 30 minutes into the evening, I was over it. The novelty had worn off. Most of the people I saw that night — from babies to the elderly — were confused by my costume. They looked to see if there was some kind of a common theme between my costume and my children's, but given that my children were dressed as a fairy and a ninja, it would have taken a lot of creativity to fit a penguin into that story. Some laughed and enjoyed it, and then there were teenagers, who just laughed because they are the worst.

More: I'm tired of Halloween becoming a teen skankfest

After I put the kids to bed that night, I threw out my costume, stole all the Kit Kats from the kids' stashes, and decided that I would not be dressing up on Halloween again. Seeing me in costume was a lot of fun for my kids, but only for about 10 minutes; that's because they were 3 years old, and what they cared about was M&M's.

The most important parts of Halloween are that my kids have fun, that they get a lot of Kit Kats for Mom, and that I'm able to take them through the night with a good attitude. What I've learned is that they are going to have fun regardless of whether or not I am a penguin, and I am going to have fun in comfortable clothes.

And a gin and tonic in a travel mug doesn't hurt, either.

Nevena Couture’s top 5 rules for evening dress code in London

London is a magnificently fast-paced city, which naturally combines business, fashion, the arts, and “time-out” culture. There is always a gala-dinner, exhibition opening, charity event, or evening ball. What differentiates London from other vibrant capital cities can be found in its strong English tradition, giving a special recognizable flair to British society.
Strict, detailed dress code for most evening events is ever present. Whether white tie or black tie for the evening, or cocktail versus smart casual for day parties, they all dictate the style of dress. Some day parties still expect ladies to wear a hat, even for a Sunday lunch. Having said that, the “spotless” dress policy in England requires awareness of small, but still meaningful rules, characterizing the society we live in.
Women are emotional beings and clothes play an important role in self-representation. Evening dresses are a particular signature item for women. They can be the most inspiring fashion item and give women the opportunity to express femininity and charm.
The desire to discover something both radiant and striking for the upcoming season inspired FinBuzz to present the Bulgarian Personal Couture London-based designer, Nevena Nikolova. A sophisticated young woman with a bright appearance, an intellectual mind, creative soul, entrepreneurial spirit and obvious charisma has shared with FinBuzz the concept behind the Haute Couture collection and the chronology of her creations in the arena of fashion.
FB: How long have you been in the industry and what has influenced you as a designer?
I founded the brand back in 2001 in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, my home country I left when I moved to London three years ago. I still have one boutique in Sofia and as you can see one here in London, in the renowned Belgravia neighbourhood
My fashion path was very natural, organic, as I have always been amazed by haute couture. Influenced by Dior and Audrey Hepburn, I fell in love with craftsmanship. It used to be my hobby, which I consciously developed into my primary business.
By profession, I am a linguist, with a major in Scandinavian languages. Being a successful student, I got a grant and went to work in Norway. Working as a translator, I was still looking for something special in terms of clothes, something which reflected a woman’s femininity and I was never attracted to mass-fashion or ready-to-wear garments. Also, working with different cultures, I learned how to transmit a message from one language to another. I worked with social phenomena and developed cross-cultural virtues. All of these invaluable experiences suggested that I should start “speaking” through dresses and couture. I believe I tell stories through my clothes to my customers.
So what is the story of the season? And how many collections per year do you have?
I never do seasonal stuff. There is one collection per year, which is constantly refreshed with new couture creations. For our clients, we usually organize small events, where we present my new masterpieces and talk to them. Each and every client represents an entire special universe for me. Dress creation for me is more than just creating a garment following modern trends. I always dress a mind, rather than a body. The body can be easily modified, while the mind usually grows or develops together with you. It is ‘experience’ which I put into my dresses.
How can you categorize your dresses and what is your favourite colour?
My favourite colour is one which suits my clients. I do a lot of black, which can be good for cocktail, sexy or statement dress. Because I work a lot with lace I never have plain black. It is all about structure and shades or shiny effects.
I touch my dresses and incorporate a lot of craftsmanship. It is a really up-scaled and unique technology, which is rarely seen nowadays.
What are your future plans as a designer in the Haute Couture industry? Do you plan to develop the business globally?
I have chosen London as the place to be, where fashion meets business. I am thinking about a Premium Couture line in the near future to be sold in boutiques or premium high-end stores. It is an organic development of my brand.
Nevena Couture collection includes a large variety of dresses, wearable for any evening event. There are cocktail dresses, ball gowns, evening garments as well as wedding dresses. A dress by Nevena is a piece of art, the work of hundreds of hours of hand-stitching, artisan craftsmanship and precious materials, including the finest of French lace and Italian silk.
From the numerous eveningwear trends of fall-winter 2016, Nevena personifies authentic baroque style. Together with evening garments it is recommended wearing any type of quirky accessories with a matching evening clutch bag. Shoes made from patent leather or silk or perhaps more ornate shoes encrusted in stones are preferable for the evening events. The important part of women’s obligation also is to contribute to the ‘mood’ and the sociability, because behind the style and glamour, there is always a woman.

Ruby Rose Hosts 2015 MTV EMAs Injured & Jokes About Looking Like Justin Bieber

The theme for the MTV EMAs in Milan Sunday night was “cute and badass” with Ed Sheeran holding up cuddly props throughout the night while his co-host Ruby Rose opted for fire slingers and arm wrestling.

Yet what the global audience watching didn’t know, was that Rose’s badass act was hardly an act. The bombshell actress came limping onto the red carpet in a black satin tuxedo with a matching cane, with an injury fresh off of Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, which has been shooting in Cape Town, South Africa.

“I just got off of shooting an action film, hence the cane because I’ve torn my leg. I just tore my calf muscle five times, no big deal,” Rose joked to Hollywood Reporter.

But the actress didn’t seem bothered. “We got to do amazing things. Acting is just that genre where you get to do whatever you want.”

While many actresses later regret doing their own stunts, Rose doesn't seem to put herself in that boat. “I don’t regret that,” she said. “It adds to the character.”

In contrast to her “cute” co-host, Rose swapped outfits throughout the evening, keeping the stilettos on, despite her injury. And she even managed to poke fun at the frequent comments she gets that she looks like Justin Bieber.

When Rose interviewed the man of the hour, who took home a whopping five awards over the course of the night, they were dressed in identical red and white, although he was wearing slouching pants and a hoodie while she wore a silk blazer and greek-style cocktail dress. “I had 10 outfit changes tonight, and none of them were Bieber inspired!” she told him.

He responded, “I think you were copying me.”

Rose also spoke with Hollywood Reporter about how she chose her wardrobe for the night. She was slightly worried about the frequent costume changes, regardless of the injury: “I’m not Nicki Minaj. I don’t think I can pull it off, but we’re going to try,” she said.

“I like androgynous clothing but I’m using Armani and Versace and Schiaparelli and really beautiful European brands, and some great Milan brands,” she said of her fashion preferences. “I want to keep it classy and classical. I love Italian fashion. The Italians kind of get it pretty right.”

Colts, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Honor Nashville "Angel"

The Indianapolis Colts are proud to announce Allison Watters, a Nashville, Ind. resident, as a 2015 honoree of the Colts Anthem Angels program, presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

The Indianapolis Colts are proud to announce Allison Watters, a Nashville, Ind. resident, as a 2015 honoree of the Colts Anthem Angels program, presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Watters will be recognized at the Colts home game this Sunday, October 25, 2015, for her outstanding contributions to the community.

Watters has played a special role in one of the most memorable nights of high school for young women in her community. Every spring she holds the Brown County Glass Slipper Event to provide prom dresses and accessories to students at no cost. Allison started the event in 2007 with 3 volunteers and 140 dresses, and was able to provide 25 girls from Brown County with prom attire. The event has grown to include 150 volunteers and 2,400 dresses in 2014, providing 300 girls from all over the State of Indiana a dress for prom night.

Allison brings in volunteer stylists to instruct the girls on how to do their hair and makeup, which can be recorded for a personalized step-by-step tutorial.  In addition, volunteer seamstresses are present to recommend alterations to each dress as needed. Through Allison’s continued efforts and donations from the community, the event has expanded to offer shoes, jewelry, and purses to young women for prom night.

“Anthem Angels…Honoring Everyday Heroes” was established by the Indianapolis Colts and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to pay tribute to Hoosier “First Respondents” who may have received little or no recognition for the strides they have made to help others in human-service related professions.

Get the look! Frankie Essex brings back the prom dress at Sleek launch party!

TOWIE's Frankie Essex proved that prom dresses are the new bodycon when she stepped out in this oh-so-glamourous printed number at the Sleek MakeUP 24K Gold Launch party in London yesterday evening dress!

The reality beauty rubbed shoulders withDesi Rascals star Jasmin Walia, CBB's Chloe Goodman and Made in Chelsea's Stephanie Pratt but she pipped all them to the post when it came to the style stakes.
Frankie looked outrageously gorgeous in the dip-hem cocktail dress that boasted negative print detail and a plunging back as she posed up a storm for the paparazzi before joining the rest of her celebrity pals for a drink and a natter.

But the best part is that you can snap up an exact match over at Chi Chi London and for a purse-pleasing £54.99 it's bound to become your Christmas party staple. Never too to plan ahead, right?
Of course, Frankie's locks were styled to perfection and she opted for a stunning ponytail of cascading curls offset by a sassy, 60s style beehive with oodles of volume at the crown. You can take the girl outta Essex...

The blonde babe teamed her eye-catching dress with a bold pair of cobalt blue pointed courts and her trusty shoulder bag - Chanel of course - throwing over a black waterfall jacket to keep off the chill when the star studded bash came to an end.
